Combining wisdom and experimentation, experience and reflection, Change Elemental co-creates transformative approaches to change that include necessary shifts in what we do, how we do it, and who we are while we are doing it. This grant supports Change Elemental’s work with the advisory board of the Environmental Leadership Initiative to re-envision and relaunch the project, which aims to invest in, elevate, and secure the leadership of diverse leaders and their organizations; connect leaders across sectors; and invest in building the skills needed for leaders to serve as agents of change for California’s communities and environment.
