This grant would allow the Centro de Investigación para el Desarrollo, Asociación Civil, as a member and fiscal sponsor of the members of civil society in the Open Government Partnership (OGP) in Mexico, to implement a strategic communication plan, strengthening the voice of civil society within the Partnership; develop methodologies for expanding participation of civil organizations in OGP at the state and municipal level; and promote open parliament as a priority.
