EIRP will identify policies that are consistent with conservative principles and values that accelerate clean energy technology, develop strategies to build support for policy adoption, and conduct extensive outreach among conservative leaders and the public on clean energy issues. This supplemental grant will help EIRP identify key leaders in the conservative movement and conduct strategic outreach to them.
