Overview
The Center for Cultural Innovation, with offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco, works across California to promote knowledge sharing, networking, and financial independence among individual artists and creative entrepreneurs. Scholarships of up to $1,000 are provided to young leaders for their professional development, and grants of up $15,000 help arts organizations innovate practices to retain next-generation leaders. Renewed support would enable the organization to launch a communications plan and convene arts leaders statewide to call attention to the field’s need to better develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified arts leaders.
