Grants to this Grantee
for scaling supply and demand of high-integrity carbon credits in Asia
The mission of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions is to secure a safe and stable climate by accelerating the global transition to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions and a thriving, just, and resilient economy. This grant aims to support scaling demand and supply of high-integrity carbon credits in Asia, in order to mobilize finance for mitigation, sustainable development, and nature-based solutions. It will enable regional alignment of standards with the Core Carbon Principles, which will promote fungibility and increase the confidence of both buyers and sellers that credits meet the standards required in high-integrity markets.
