Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
The Center for Asian American Media (CAAM) is dedicated to presenting stories that convey the richness and diversity of Asian American experiences to the broadest audiences possible. For 37 years, CAAM has supported independent producers by funding, producing, distributing and exhibiting works in film, television and digital media. CAAM annually reaches an audience of 27,000 people through a partnership with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and its flagship event CAAMFest Asian film festival. This grant will help the organization reach strategic goals to align the festival with Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, increase its national presence, and develop civic engagement programming.
