Caring Across Generations is designed to transform the care infrastructure and tackle gender-based caregiving disparities that historically diminish women and girls’ power, influence, and agency. Caring Across Generations is dedicated to the vision of a United States that provides universal long-term services and supports, early childhood care and education, paid family and medical leave benefits, and encompasses a supported and powerful nation of caregivers. Caring Across Generations is moving toward its vision of a culture in which care is valued, visible, and collective — to meet the 21st-century needs of families and caregivers of all kinds.
