Overview
The mission of the California Community Foundation is to lead positive systemic change that strengthens Los Angeles communities. The community foundation believes that our common fate is determined by how successfully we improve the quality of life for all residents. The grant will support the Youth Thriving Through Learning Fund, a funders collaborative designed to support adolescents to be prepared for and actively pursue their goals for college, career, and civic life, having experienced a range of opportunities, an affirming sense of belonging, and increased agency.
