The Center plans to document learning interventions that have been broadly successful through the "Millions Learning" project. It also plans to advance technical work, tools, and better policies for institutionalizing learning assessment. The Center would also analyze the education financing landscape and innovative alternatives. Finally, the Center would carry out research and advise policymakers on how to provide a better education to the most marginalized children.
