Overview
An Organizational Effectiveness grant to the BlueGreen Alliance Foundation would allow the organization to hire a strategic planning consultant. BGAF is seeking to clarify its role as an organization, and prioritize the issue areas in which it works. Specifically, the consultant would help BGAF develop a 3-5 year set of strategies aimed at furthering the organization's mission and maximizing its impact. The consultant will also provide support to ensure BGAF aligns its resources with its overall goals in order to maximize impact in the areas where it works and to enable BGAF to set itself apart from other organizations in the field.
