The plan will outline actionable steps BGA can take to achieve its goal of becoming a welcoming workplace for all current and future employees, foster equality, empower its employees to speak out against racial discrimination, provide pathways for employees to reach their full potential and take leadership roles that help drive the organization forward, and prioritize policy solutions to structural racism.
