Its arts education program provides teaching artists and programs for nearly 10,000 students in the county’s schools, and its Open Studios Art Tour is a much-beloved local tradition. This project grant will support the Tannery Community Plan, a community-wide planning effort that will articulate a vision for the Tannery Arts Center, develop a realistic plan to work toward that vision, and clarify the Arts Council’s role for the center’s 8.3-acre campus.
