Overview
The purpose of this grant is to underwrite a three day workshop on electricity regulatory policies with an aim to better understand ways to encourage the more frequent dispatch of low and renewable power, as well as energy efficiency and demand-side management. The key venues that the workshop will focus on will be the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), regional transmission organizations (RTOs) and state public utility commissions.
