for a project to promote Africa’s voice and positions in international tax dialogues
The African Tax Administration Forum is an intergovernmental platform that promotes collaboration among African tax authorities. The forum seeks to build efficient and effective tax administrations in the region to enable governments to mobilize adequate resources from domestic sources for development. In addition to boosting domestic revenues and strengthening policies that support inclusive development, the forum’s global program provides a unified voice for African countries in international tax debates and norm-setting processes. This grant will enable the forum to deepen their regional training and peer learning programs as well as the international advocacy program.
