Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) works at the nexus of young people, strategic digital communications, climate advocacy, and nonpartisan civic engagement in the U.S. ACE believes that educating young people about climate change is a first step toward building a base of informed leaders prepared to take civic and climate action to scale, including in rural communities where much of the clean energy deployment will happen. ACE will focus its work over the next two years on growing its influencer network to communicate the benefits of clean energy and to counter disinformation. (Substrategy: U.S. National Policy)
for research and experimentation capacity
Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) educates, inspires, and supports young people to help them understand the science behind, and advocate for solutions to, the climate emergency. ACE is an evidence-based organization that routinely evaluates its programs to measure impact. This grant will help support ACE expand its research and experimentation capacity, including hiring a Research and Experimentation director to conduct in-house research and evaluation.
