Grants to this Grantee
for general operating support
Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) works at the nexus of young people, strategic digital communications, climate advocacy, and nonpartisan civic engagement in the U.S. ACE believes that educating young people about climate change is a first step toward building a base of informed leaders prepared to take civic and climate action to scale, including in rural communities where much of the clean energy deployment will happen. ACE will focus its work over the next two years on growing its influencer network to communicate the benefits of clean energy and to counter disinformation. (Substrategy: U.S. National Policy)
for website redesign project
Action for the Climate Emergency (ACE) educates, inspires, and supports young people to lead the fight for a stable climate and healthy future. ACE reaches tens of millions of people across the U.S. and globally with its digital media initiatives. Over the last five years, the organization's reach has rapidly expanded. Given ACE's growth and the importance of digital media to ACE's mission, goals, and strategies, Hewlett is supporting an organizational effectiveness grant to support a website redesign project.
