Overview
Launched in 2002, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national nonprofit that is expanding economic mobility and access to the American dream. This grant is to support the Private Equity (PE) Accelerator program which works to equip talented diverse fellows with the tools to change the face of the industry by becoming future PE leaders. MLT equips early-career banking analysts and strategy consultants with coaching, a playbook, and connections to boost their success in securing and excelling in high-growth PE roles. It also offers firms strategic guidance, lateral recruiting support, and mid-career retention strategies to foster lasting impact in private equity.
