Overview
Community Initiatives is the fiscal sponsor of the Community Schools Learning Exchange (CSLX). CSLX strengthens the capacity of policymakers, school leaders, educators, families, and ultimately students as they endeavor to implement and refine whole-child community schools that are designed to center the voices and assets of students, families, and communities. CSLX envisions community schools that are organized to create and sustain the optimal conditions for teaching and learning; are inclusive, equitable, and student- and family-centered; and are interconnected to the organizations and people within the communities they serve.
