Interfaith America (formerly known as Interfaith Youth Core) is a national interfaith organization whose mission is to inspire, equip, and connect leaders and institutions to unlock the potential of America’s religious diversity. A key feature of their programming includes the Vote is Sacred initiative, which seeks to activate the social capital of higher education and faith communities to underscore the centrality of the vote in a religiously diverse, participatory government. The Vote is Sacred initiative will focus on states where the right to vote is most threatened and will engage interfaith leaders to improve voter education, increase voter registration, and drive voter participation.
