Overview
Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) is a nonprofit organization with the mission to change the culture of youth sports so that every child, regardless of social or economic circumstance, has access to a positive youth sports experience. Through alliances with community leaders, PCA aims to increase youth sports participation rates in low-income communities and provide research-based training and resources for coaches, parents, athletes, and leaders to ensure a positive youth development experience for kids. This grant provides general operating support to PCA.
