To advance its mission, the Workers Lab conducts participatory research and learning projects to provide data and analysis on gig work and workers and invests in worker-led ideas that address structural problems. The Workers Lab will continue strategic development and capacity building for the organization as a whole to solidify the organization’s status as a hub for worker-centered innovation.
