Turnaround Arts: California works to ensure that every student in California has access to an arts-rich, rigorous, and joyful education that sets them up for success in life. The organization provides coaching, professional development, peer learning, and arts strategic planning support for schools and districts. It is dedicated to serving schools in which at least 75% of students qualify for the federal free and reduced-price lunch program, and currently works with 22 public elementary and middle schools, 650 educators, and 12,000 students. Support for Turnaround Arts: California advances the Performing Arts Program’s Youth strategy through the Policy and Advocacy substrategy.
