The Institute of Public Finance (IPF) is a nonprofit think tank based in Nairobi, Kenya, that advocates for more equitable, efficient, and effective public finance management by generating research evidence and providing technical assistance to state and nonstate actors. This grant will enable IPF to support the county governments of Laikipia, Kitui, and Nairobi in Kenya to enhance their revenue mobilization in support of improved public service delivery.
