Black Arts Movement Business District Community Development Corporation (BAMBD, CDC) is a community-driven organization that supports local advocacy and stewardship of a variety of cultural projects and related assets in Oakland, California. Its organizing activities help strengthen Oakland’s local cultural community by fostering projects that provide housing; opportunities for commerce; arts and culture activities; cultural data archiving; and human services.
