The nation’s presidential centers have come together in unprecedented partnership with the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, the Karsh Institute of Democracy at the University of Virginia, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and the Partnership for American Democracy to launch More Perfect — a national campaign to align American citizens and institutions around a shared vision for our democracy and to marshal all the energy and resources it will take to achieve that future together. This grant supports the More Perfect Initiative. The initiative will engage Americans of all ages, demographics, and ideologies around five Sustainable Democracy Goals: Universal Civic Learning, National Service and Volunteering, Bridging Divides, Fair Elections and More Representative and Responsive Governance, and Access to Trusted News and Information.
