for support of Green 2.0
The Green Diversity Initiative will implement a Readiness, Recruitment, and Retention program to support the nation’s most influential environmental organizations in their efforts to become more diverse and inclusive. The program includes producing a report and hosting a series of forums for sharing best practices, sharing the findings, and connecting organizations with diversity and search experts that will improve organizations’ knowledge on how to attract, hire and retain diverse senior staff or board talent. The overall goal is to address both supply and demand challenges affecting diversity within environmental groups.
