Overview
To support Center for American Progress's work to strengthen U.S. capacity on U.S. China climate partnership. The grant will build bipartisan consensus on a path for America's international climate policy. It strives to reframe the U.S. thinking about the role of U.S.-China relations in the climate policy and target context, focusing on tools that increase the cost of emissions and boost clean alternatives from China. Longer term, Center for American Progress will form a network to inform and convince the US policy makers that the U.S. can shift the emissions trajectory of the world's two largest emitters – U.S. and China - by adopting an accountable framework in international trade, development and diplomacy.
