Grants to this Grantee
for the Climate and Energy Program
The Third Way Institute’s Climate and Energy Program designs and advocates for policies that will drive innovation and deployment of clean energy technologies, and deliver the emissions cuts needed to win the fight against climate change. Third Way Institute supports the scaling of a broad set of low-carbon technologies and the development of domestic supply chains for zero-carbon technologies. This grant supports the climate and energy program’s research, analysis, and advocacy to help transition the U.S. economy toward net-zero emissions. (Substrategy: U.S. National Policy)
for supply chain manufacturing research
Third Way Institute is partnering with Boston Consulting Group to generate research and analysis on supply chains for clean energy technologies, with an eye toward where the United States is best positioned to compete in clean technology markets at home and abroad. This research will help Third Way Institute educate policymakers by building awareness of domestic manufacturing opportunities and providing education on the types of policies that put the United States in a more competitive position.
