Overview
This grant to Johns Hopkins University (JHU) will support Francophone participation and knowledge sharing in the 2020 International Social and Behavior Change Communication Summit to take place in Morocco in late March 2020. The summit is put on by JHU’s Center for Communication Programs and represents the leading global meeting for researchers and practitioners interested in using the study of behavior change to improve reproductive, maternal, and child health efforts. This grant will specifically support efforts to include French-speaking West African participants by including translation of meeting materials, French language interpretation, and scholarships for 10 social and behavior change specialists from Francophone West Africa.
