Overview
This organizational effectiveness grant will help The WIlderness Society to build a culture of diversity and inclusivity. The Society recognizes that, in order to advocate effectively for the wild land it seeks to protect, it is important for the organization to become more relevant to the changing demographics of the country. This grant will enable The Society to hire a consultant that will help the organization build management practices and a culture that fully integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion. We anticipate a second organizational effectiveness grant later in the year that will provide on-going coaching to the organization.
