Overview
This organizational effectiveness grant would support the creation of a new strategic plan for the Greater Yellowstone Coalition. In particular, the grant will be used to interview a robust and diverse number of external stakeholders to ensure the Coalition adequately addresses the hopes and concerns of its members, decision-makers, and key supporters. The grant would pay the costs of a consultant to conduct the interviews and integrate the findings into a new strategic plan.

The Greater Yellowstone Coalition works with local communities, small business owners, elected officials, and others to protect the lands, waters, and wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, an area comprising 20 million acres of public and private land surrounding Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. This work includes efforts to advance new protections for fish and wildlife connectivity in areas such as the High Divide.
