Overview
This organizational effectiveness grant would support the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership's (TRCP) efforts to assess its current staff capabilities and structure and, based on the assessment, revise its strategic plan. TRCP proposes to hire a consultant that will engage staff, board members and outside stakeholders to help assess the organization's strengths and weaknesses. The consultant will use the interviews to provide feedback to TRCP's executive director and board on any needed changes in staffing and structure necessary to better achieve the organization's mission. The consultant will also evaluation the current and potential role of the board.
