Overview
This grant would support an evaluation of an effort we initiated with the Lumina and Bill & Melinda Gates foundations and the Carnegie Corporation. Ten states have been funded to encourage the K-12 and postsecondary sectors to share ownership of college-readiness standards and promote their use in decisions about students’ readiness for college-level work. The evaluation would provide frequent feedback to the states and funders on specific progress indicators and milestones.
