This organizational effectiveness grant will support Trout Unlimited's work to develop its executive leadership and create a marketing strategy that will double the organization's membership over the next five years. This grant is part of a multi-funder effort to support Trout Unlimited's organizational development work involving the Packard and Walton Family foundations totaling $140,000.
