Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County

The Cultural Arts Council of Sonoma County seeks to inspire its region to embrace the power of the arts to enrich lives, enhance economic development, and add value to educational programs. The Arts Council has a variety of programs to help arts organizations build their audiences and capacity and to promote Sonoma County’s cultural resources. However, because the organization is struggling to define its leadership and programmatic role as it copes with reduced resources and staffing, we recommend a two-year grant to encourage it to look closely at its infrastructure and strategic goals.
