Overview
Community Art Stabilization Trust (CAST) was founded in 2012 by the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, in partnership with Northern California Community Loan Fund. Its mission is to create stable physical spaces for arts and cultural organizations to facilitate equitable urban transformation. CAST also provides significant capacity building and technical assistance to arts tenants. Organizational Effectiveness support will help CAST develop articulate the vision and organizational values necessary for its next five to ten years.
