Third Sector New England provides capacity building programs and services that are focused on strengthening nonprofits and the communities they serve. Its programs include nonprofit consulting, leadership development, executive transitions, fiscal sponsorship, training and workshops, and research. Since its founding in 1959, Third Sector New England’s programs have expanded to serve nonprofits and foundations in New England and across the county. This grant will support the delivery of four "What’s Next: Leading a Thriving Transition" workshops in California that are proven to help long-time leaders and their organizations embrace change and prepare for effective leadership transitions.
