Overview
For 23 years, the Palm Center has consistently produced scholarly research to set the narrative on LGBT military service by providing scientific and medical facts, establishing the support of military leaders and medical experts, and sharing the history of successful inclusive policies in key allied militaries. This general operating support grant will support the Palm Center, including its efforts to produce research that inoculates inclusive policy for transgender troops against future attempts to reinstitute a transgender ban and makes inclusive service a banner for the broader cause of transgender equality in civilian society at large.
