No Endgame in Sight: Demanding Zero Enrichment from Iran Makes Zero Sense

Thoughtful article at Foreign Affairs from George Perkovich of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace about the negotiations over Iran's nuclear program. He argues that the focus of the negotiations should be on ending Iran’s capacity to build a nuclear weapon quickly, not on politics or ending its enrichment capacity.
