Grants Project Manager
Claire Smith serves as a grants project manager in the Hewlett Foundation’s Grants Management Department. She focuses in the areas of grantmaking technology and operations, data management and analysis. For 10 years before joining the Foundation, Claire was the grantmaking operations coordinator at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation where she was responsible for coordinating the grants management operations and administering the Employee, Advisor and Trustee Matching Grant Program.
Claire is a volunteer of the Grants Management Network Northern California Chapter and a longtime member at the national level.
Claire earned her B.S. in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
